David E. Soto
According to online profiles, David spent the majority of his career in management in the computer services industry. In 2001 he began investing in real estate and hired Wunderlich Realty and Property Management and went on to buy the business from Clinton and Doris Wunderlich in 2008. As he learned more about real estate investing, he realized the value in helping individuals buy property strategically to increase their wealth. Now operating as SOTO Property Solutions, the company has two divisions: Property Management and Property Investments. David works with investors, owners and tenants on a daily basis and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, a past president of the Cape Girardeau County Board of REALTORS®, and serves on multiple committees at the Missouri Association of REALTORS®. David is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Missouri.
