This is a piece of history! Built in 1859, this building housed the first public school west of the Mississippi. The building current serves as both a residence and small retail space in front, but it has a wide range of uses- it would make a great winery, restaurant or retail, etc. All brick and stone construction with a large fenced area in the backyard. New cedar shake roof installed in 2013. New pex water lines, gas furnace and electric run. Other updates in progress.
