For the love of old houses, and I am a huge fan, this one is super adorable! The big lot sits on the corner of East State and State, not far from Memorial Hospital and walking distance to the high school. The front porch has a swing that stays, and the living room/dining room are open and so inviting! The kitchen is big and the appliances stay. The stackable washer/dryer combo is in the big bathroom, and two bedrooms on the main level make it easy living! Sit a while on the big deck in the back. The basement is full, dry and has a covered walkout. (There is an extra toilet in the basement, too). There is a big bedroom with lots of storage upstairs. This one is priced to move as the roof is aged and the age of the furnace/a-c is unknown. But everything functions and it’s so very clean. This one can come furnished if you want the furniture.
