Tracey was recommended to me by a coworker, and we couldn't be happier with the end results. We honestly had doubts on the selling price he came up with, but in just about a month's time we had an offer at the price he said and we closed about 3 weeks later (MUCH faster then when we initially purchased it). He also is willing to go above and beyond - he even climbed on the roof to help us get some debris off to make the pictures look better (How is that for service?!?!) Highly recommend using him if you are in the area and are looking to buy or sell a home.

I have dealt with 100's of Realtors and I would put Tracey in the top 10 of Realtors that I have dealt with. He helped me evaluate the home and recommended repairs to get a better return on my investment. Once it was time to list his marketing produced multiple showings and a great offer. He also went above and beyond during the escrow process to help me overcome some issues with lender required repairs. If I get any more properties in the area, I will definitely be calling him to sell them for me.
